Orders & Shipping

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free shipping on every order, no minimum purchase required.

How long does shipping take? Orders typically arrive within 12–21 business days after processing, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

How long does it take to process my order? Orders are typically processed within [1–3] business days before they ship.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to select international destinations, see our Shipping Policy for details.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

What if my order hasn't arrived yet? If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at admin@heldreads.com with your order number and we'll help track it down.

I entered the wrong shipping address, can I fix it? Contact us as soon as possible at admin@heldreads.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update the address.

Returns & Refunds

What if my item arrives damaged? Contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@heldreads.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Products

Are your books new or used?  All books sold are brand new unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Can I request a book that isn't currently listed? We're always growing our collection! Feel free to email us at admin@heldreads.com with suggestions.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit and debit cards, along with other payment options available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure? Yes, all payments are processed securely through encrypted checkout. We do not store your full payment details.
